Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use this page to request deletion of your account and review what data MScribed deletes, what may be temporarily retained, and why.

How to request deletion

Email care.mscribed@gmail.com with the subject MScribed Account Deletion Request.

1. Email the request from your registered address

Send your request from the email address tied to your MScribed Doctors account so we can verify ownership without unnecessary back-and-forth.

2. Include enough information to verify the account

Include your full name and account email. If you no longer have access to that inbox, mention it and include your phone number so we can follow up.

3. Wait for confirmation

Once your request is verified, we will disable account access and complete the deletion steps that apply to your remaining MScribed account data.

Data deleted after a verified request

MScribed Doctors account access and associated login access for the requested account
Account profile data used to operate the app, including your name, email address, and phone number
Doctor and scribe assignment data associated with that account, where removal is allowed by our operational and legal obligations
Any recordings, transcripts, and generated notes that still remain in MScribed systems for that account at the time the request is processed

Data that may be retained

Recordings and related transcription artifacts already follow our existing automatic deletion policy of 72 hours from recording time
Minimal information needed to verify, process, and confirm the deletion request
Information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, or regulatory reasons
If any information must be retained longer than expected, we will explain that in our response to your request
